A633 Carbon Steel Plate

ASTM A633 steel includes four grades: A, C, D, and E, of which the thickness of grade C can reach 4 inches and the thickness of grade E can reach 6 inches. ASTM A633 steel specification is based on the standard specification for standardized high-strength low-alloy structural steel plate, which requires high notch toughness under low temperature conditions.

A283/Q195 Carbon Steel Plate

ASTM A283 is a standard specification for low and intermediate tensile strength carbon steel plates of structural quality for general application. It covers four grades (A, B, C, D) with incrementally higher minimum yield and tensile strength requirements. Q195 is a comparable Chinese standard (GB/T 700) grade, often supplied as an equivalent.

A588 Carbon Steel Plate

ASTM A588 is a high-strength low-alloy (HSLA) structural steel widely known as weathering steel. It provides a minimum yield strength of 50 ksi (345 MPa) along with superior atmospheric corrosion resistance (typically 4-6 times that of plain carbon steel) due to alloying elements such as copper, chromium, nickel, and silicon that form a protective, adherent oxide patina. This steel is designed for applications where high strength, durability, and reduced maintenance are required, particularly in exposed structural applications.

A36/Q235/S235JR Carbon Steel Plate

A36 is a low-carbon steel containing trace amounts of manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, silicon and other elements such as copper. A36 has good weldability and high yield strength, and is the structural steel plate specified by the engineer. ASTM A36 steel plate is often manufactured into a variety of structural steel parts. This grade is used for welded, bolted or riveted construction of bridges and buildings, as well as for general structural purposes. Due to its low yield point, A36 carbon plate can be used to design lighter weight structures and equipment, and provide good weldability. Construction, energy, heavy equipment, transportation, infrastructure and mining are the industries where A36 panels are commonly used.

A656 Carbon Steel Plate

ASTM A656 is a series of high-strength, low-alloy (HSLA) structural steel plates produced via thermomechanical controlled processing (TMCP) with microalloying elements like vanadium (V) and niobium (Nb). It is designed to provide excellent strength, formability, and weldability in the as-rolled condition, making it ideal for applications demanding lightweight design and high durability. The standard includes four grades based on minimum yield strength: 50, 60, 70, and 80 (corresponding to ksi).

A709/S355J0W Carbon Steel Plate

ASTM A709 steel plate is in accordance with the standard specification for bridge structural steel, ASTM A709 steel plate is a carbon, high strength low alloy and quenched and tempered alloy steel mainly used in bridge construction. BBN offers the following 5 grades of steel plates: A709,36, 50, 50W, HPS 50W. The atmospheric corrosion resistance index of 50W, HPS 50W and HPS 70W are 6.0.

EN10025-2 S235/S275/S355 Carbon Steel Plate

EN10025-2 steel plate is a low-alloy high-strength structural steel, which is made of carbon structural steel (Wc = 0.16%~ 0.2%) by adding a small amount of alloying elements. EN10025-2 steel plate has good welding performance, plasticity, toughness and processing technology, good corrosion resistance, high strength and low cold brittle critical transition temperature.

DIN 17100 ST37/ST52 Carbon Steel Plate

DIN 17100 steel plate is suitable for flange beams, steel bars, steel strips, steel plates, wide flat steel, seamless steel pipes and welded steel pipes, square and rectangular hollow profiles. According to standards, DIN 17100 steel plates are used for welding, riveting and threaded structural parts. Except for stress relief heat treatment and normalizing, it is not used for heat treatment.

JIS G3101 SS400/SS490/SS540 Carbon Steel Plate

JIS G3101 SS400 is a common carbon structural steel grade. Other grades of JIS G3101 are ss330, ss490 and ss540. Related product types include steel plate, steel plate, steel section, steel pipe, etc.

A203 Pressure Vessel Steel Plate

ASTM A203 grades are: A, B, D, E, F. Boiler vessel plates are nickel alloy steel materials used in the manufacture of high temperature pressure vessels. The performance of ASTM A203 boiler vessel plates is based on their Ni composition. ASTM A203 Boiler Container Plates are available in five grades: Grade A, Grade B, Grade D, Grade E, and Grade F.

A204 Pressure Vessel Steel Plate

ASTM A204 boiler vessel plate is molybdenum alloy steel plate, mainly suitable for welding boilers and high temperature pressure vessels. According to the molybdenum content, ASTM A204 boiler container plate is divided into 3 grades: A, B, C. The thickness of ASTM A204 boiler vessel plates is limited only by the ability of the chemical composition to meet the specified mechanical property requirements.

A285 Pressure Vessel Steel Plate

ASTM A285 Boiler Plate is a common carbon steel used for fusion welding of pressure vessel equipment such as boilers, storage tanks, heat exchangers, etc. ASTM A285 Boiler vessel steel consists of 3 grades: Grade A, Grade B, and Grade C. ASTM A285 boiler vessel plates have good welding performance and can meet the fusion welding requirements of pressure vessel equipment.
