Epoxy Resin Coated Steel Bar

Our epoxy coated rebars are manufactured by first abrasively cleaning and heating standard deformed steel bars, then electrostatically applying a dry epoxy powder which melts and cures to form a uniform, tough, and adherent coating. This fusion-bonded process ensures the coating is integral to the bar, resistant to damage during handling, and compliant with the strictest international standards for coating thickness, continuity, and flexibility.

HPB300/HRB335/HRB400/HRB500 Reinforcement

B1499.2-2007 is a European standard steel bar. Generally, GB1499.2-2007 standard deformed steel bars are made using the hot-rolled method, meaning that these are the most common types of deformed steel bars. These are available in different lengths and sizes, all the way from 6 mm in diameter to 50 mm in diameter. When it comes to length, 9 m and 12 m are the common sizes.

BS4449 Steel Reinforcement Rebar

BS4449 is the British Standard specification for carbon steel bars used in the reinforcement of concrete. It covers deformed (ribbed) steel bars and fabric, ensuring material quality and mechanical properties for structural applications in the UK and many Commonwealth countries.

ASTM A615 Reinforcing Bar Grade 60

Available Forms: Deformed (ribbed) bars and plain round bars. Standard Diameters: Available in a wide range, commonly from #3 to #18 (approximately 10 mm to 57 mm). Standard Lengths: Typically supplied in 6 m to 12 m lengths; custom lengths can be produced upon request.

ASTM A615 Reinforcement Bar Grade 75

Unlike the former two kinds, ASTM A615 is a deformed steel standard categorized under American standards. These are generally available in diameter between 9.5 mm and 43 mm, and length between 6 m and 12 m. Generally, the steel bars that fall under this standard are under deformed or plain carbon steel. The grades that fall within this standard are Grade 40, Grade 60, Grade 75, and Grade 80.

TMT Bars

TMT means Thermo Mechanical Treatment, which is a thermomechanical process; These TMT steel bars are generally used material in construction for enhanced protection against earthquake and another type of natural disasters. To ensure safety for your structure TMT steel bars should be resistant to corrosion which helps to obtain a longer life to your structure.

ASTM A615 Concrete Rebar Grade 40

ASTM A615 Grade 40 is a standard specification for deformed and plain carbon steel reinforcing bars used in concrete construction. With a minimum yield strength of 40,000 psi (275 MPa), Grade 40 rebar provides reliable structural reinforcement for a wide range of residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects where moderate strength and cost-effectiveness are prioritized.

B500A/B500B/B500C Rebar

B500A, B500B, and B500C are three reinforcement bar grades defined by the European standard EN 10080 (adopted by British Standard BS 4449 and many national standards). The key difference between these grades lies in their ductility and toughness, not in their strength. All grades have a nominal yield strength (Re) of 500 MPa, but they differ in requirements for fracture elongation, tensile-to-yield strength ratio, and fatigue performance to accommodate different structural and seismic demands.

ASTM A615 Reinforcement Bar Grade 80

ASTM A615 Grade 80 is a high-strength carbon steel reinforcing bar specification under the American ASTM A615 standard. With a minimum yield strength of 80,000 psi (550 MPa), it is designed for concrete structures requiring higher load capacity and reduced steel tonnage compared to standard Grade 60 rebar.

Deformed Rebar

Deformed bar, also known as rebar (short for reinforcing bar), is a steel bar or mesh of steel wires used as tension devices in reinforced concrete and reinforced masonry structures to strengthen and hold the concrete in tension. Deformed bar’s surface is often patterned to form a better bond with the concrete.
